Install the AddOn
Search for the AddOn on Google Workspace™ Marketplace
Install it (I recommend company-wide installation)
First steps:
Open a new Spreadsheet, go to Extensions => AutoTeamCal => Setup file
Provide permissions to the script
Wait for the success message
Go to the newly created year-sheet.
Right-click on cell A8 (on your email), choose "Smart Chips" and select "Convert to people chip"
Go to Extensions => AutoTeamCal => Update Data
Tadaaa! You now see all your out-of-office events and working locations copied to the script
The script will update itself automatically every night to show the most recent informations.
Inserting more people
Insert a "People Chip" in column (by writing @yourEmail)
Copy/Paste the formula in the email column
Don't care about styling the new row. Just run "Extensions => AutoTeamCal => Update" and the style will adjust automatically (or simple wait for the next automatic night-run)
Inserting public holidays
Give it a name in column A, if you want
Put "-" in the email column
Mark the cells where holidays are existing (e.g. by a background color)
Hint: the AddOn will not (yet) fetch public holiday data automatically. You have to prove this yourself or simply delete those rows.
Inserting a "spacer"-row
Give it a name in column A, if you want
Copy/Paste the formula in the email column (it should show "#REF!")
Hint: the text in the email column for a sapcer can be anything expect empty, an email or "-".
Don't care about styling the new row. Just run "Extensions => AutoTeamCal => Update" and the style will adjust automatically (or simple wait for the next automatic night-run)
