These Terms and Conditions govern the obligations and rights of the supplier and the user of my addons.

By using my addons, this website, or otherwise making use of my services, you agree to my terms and conditions as laid out in these Scope. I strongly encourage you to read this page thoroughly before using or continuing use of my services. If you do not agree to any of the terms in this Scope or related policies, then you may not make use of my services.

This Scope may be changed in any way at any time by me without prior notification. The most recent version can be viewed at any time on this webpage. The most recent version is the version applicable at any given time. It is the user’s own responsibility to check this page for changes and change their agreement to said terms accordingly if required. I encourage checking this page regularly for changes.

Any general terms and conditions from the user do not apply to me in the context of usage of my website or services. If one or more provisions in this Scope is at any time wholly or partially invalid or should be declared void, then the remaining provisions in this Scope remain fully applicable.

The materials on this website and in my services and products are provided on an ‘as is’. I make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Furthermore, I do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website, within its services and products or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

I may use your company name and logo in case studies, promotional materials, or other write-ups, unless you request me not to.

Limitations

In no event shall I or my suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on my website or in my services and apps, even if I or a authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you, the user.

Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on my website or in my products could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. I do not warrant that any of the materials on my website or in my products are accurate, complete or current. I may make changes to the materials contained on my website or in my products at any time without notice. However I does not make any explicit commitment to update the materials.

Product

I can deny access to my addons if the terms are not kept by the user or if the user uses our addons incorrect on purpose.

Security

The user is responsible to keep his user name and password on a safe place, in order to keep the user’s information private. The data exchange between the user’s web browser and my addons is by means of SSL encryption (HTTPS).

Licenses

A "lifetime" has no "real expiration date", it ends in these cases:
1) If the Google Workspace Marketplace and/or the corresponding Google application (Sheets, Forms, Docs, Slides etc.) is shut down.
2) If the Google Workspace Marketplace and/or the corresponding Google application (Sheets, Forms, Docs, Slides etc.) is changed in a way, which would require a severe refactoring of the addon.

Licenses are bound to an invidual email address, not to an invidual person.

Refunds

Customers are entitled to request a refund within 30 days of purchase. For subscription services, each payment is eligible for a refund if requested within 30 days of the respective payment date. To initiate a refund, customers must complete and submit a request on my contact page.

Form of corporation

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, customers acknowledge and consent that they will not be separately notified in the event that the current sole proprietorship from which they purchase the product is converted into any other form of corporation (e.g. GmbH).

I have not reviewed all of the sites linked to my website or to my products and  am not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by me of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
