Free: 3 files per domain with a maximum of 3 calendards integrated in each. No other restrictions.
Subscription: 1 license per user. Unlimted files for this user with unlimted calendards integrated into each.
Who is a user? A user is the a person interacting with the add-on. Means, the person initally setting up the automated team calendar is a user. Also, a person who runs a manual update interacts with the add-on and is therefore considered a user. However, the people, whoms calendards are integrated, are not considered a user.
Example: Anton creates two team calendars (one for his department, another one for a project). The department's team calendar integrates the calendars of 5 other people. The project's team calendar integrates the calendar from 8 other people. Only one license for Anton is required. The 13 people integrated are not charged.

Extra security restrictions? Even thought the add-on runs fully on Google Workspace™ and has only write-access to the Spreadsheet it is used in, external Internet connection is required to verfiy lisences. If your organization can't allow such external connections, a custom add-on deployment is possible. Please contact me.
